This is a one-stop shop for all Artists in the Film, TV and new Media. We provide a medium for Artists and Opportunities to come together. This Production company assists in the development,  creation and execution of many projects. Projects included here are a wide variety of projects ranging from shorts to full feature films and everything in between.

T.C. Warner, Michael John Gabriel, Holly Adams and Merrit Hughes came together to provide a means to display content of distinguished and qualified artists in a quality manner. From conception to execution, this group has formed to fill the need of many talented people in the state of New Mexico and encourage out-of-state productions to shoot films and other formats of productions here in the state that has grown incredibly in the film and TV world.

Mission Vision and Values
A serendipitous union evolved out of the need for filmmakers in New Mexico to find a place to join their talents – Film and Video Art came to fruition in 2009.  The four of us arranged for Actors to audition in front of Producers Directors, and Writers.  This endeavor has shown that the only obstacles that arrive, are quickly overcome with opportunity through each individuals contribution to their artistic passion for entertainment in the Arts. As various theaters and venues such as Inn at Santa Fe, The filling Station, and several others contributed their space for us to come together as a team.
The purpose of Film and Video Art Productions began as an opportunity for Actors to display their craft in front of a few Producers, Directors and Writers who have projects in development.  Maintaining the film development initiative of a 25% tax rebate in New Mexico has fed the production growth. Since that inception, several projects have launched including shorts webisodes to feature films.  Producers have gained their crew and talent and Writers have re-written roles inspired by the talent revealed.  Directors have cast their entire productions with local cast, and met their crew.  Special Effects artists got involved and incorporated their much needed cgi and other talents. More importantly, Film and Video Art has now proven to be the groundwork needed for the material artists have to move from conception to execution.  This is only done by making quality productions, with talented people and with the Tax incentive of 25% rebate that New Mexico has held consistently over the last few years. T.C. Warner, Michael John Gabriel, Holly Adams and Merrit Hughes came together to provide a means to display content of distinguished and qualified artists in a quality manner. From conception to execution, this group has formed to fill the need of many talented people in the state of New Mexico and encourage out-of-state productions to shoot films and other formats of productions here in the state that has grown financially because of the film and TV productions. “…MovieMaker magazine tapped Albuquerque as the No. 1 city to make movies, the merit of film incentives programs continues to be questioned around the country.”  (Nott, R. 01/26/2010)

Film and Video Art Productions will be adding more members to the Board very soon. The beginning had four people, and combined 16 projects in development. Since January, 15 other participants, 900 Actors and over 40 projects have surfaced.  While several shorts have already been shot, and are in post-production at the moment, the first “Experimental Art Project in New Media” will begin shooting in early May, Produced by T.C. Victoria Warner.  Updates will be posted as soon as possible!!!
